Frequently Asked Questions on Landscape Design

Do you charge for consultations and estimates?

A consultation and estimate are free and an important part of the process to insure the successful completion of your landscape project. During this meeting, we will evaluate your site and share our expertise and design capabilities. We will consider the architectural style of your home, the topography of your yard, and your preferred level of maintenance. Most importantly, we will use this time to learn your vision for this outdoor space and our recommendations based on our expertise and design capabilities.

Can I keep the drawing of my design, even if I don't do business with you?

Your customized designs and drawings are done using AutoCAD 2018 with a scaled 2D or 3D rendering. There is not an additional charge for drawings if you contract with us for our landscape services. We charge a flat fee for drawings without a signed contract.

How do I know I can trust that you won't run away with my money without completing the contract?

Unfortunately, we understand why you might be wondering about this and we take great pride in earning your trust by completing our jobs on time and on budget. Please see our frequently asked questions for more information on our process as you evaluate landscaping ideas. We not only meet required standards and provisions of our state licenses, but beyond that we operate with integrity and trustworthiness that leads to customer satisfaction.

How long will it take to complete my project?

The size and complexity of the job will determine the time it will take from start to finish. Most jobs can be completed within a week while larger or commercial jobs might take more time based on the scope of work. An estimate of the timeline to complete your design will be discussed during your consultation.

Do you offer a warranty on your plants and work?

Yes, we do. We offer a 3-month warranty on all our plants and 6 months on all irrigation.  It is the owner’s responsibility to maintain proper care as instructed.
